The Coaching Relationship

I enjoy working with others who have an inkling there is more to life, but aren’t sure how to find it; are outwardly successful but have a sense that there’s more to life than the 9 to 5 grind; are missing their family and friends and desire making them more of priority;  have a desire to give back to society in some way but can never find the time.  Wish they had more time for themselves.

Coaching is a partnership, I’m your coach, advocate, cheerleader and supporter, but can only do so if you have the serious desire to make the change. 

Some things for you to think about before starting any coaching relationship:

•  You have a desire to move forward rather than live in the past
•   You honour your commitments and are ready to do so for yourself
•  You are ready to live a life filled with promise, potential, and vitality

My expectations

I honour my time and I expect the same of my clients.  To make positive changes in your life you must be ready to make a commitment to yourself and to the coaching process.  To discover the maximum benefits I encourage my clients to commit to a 3 month period and at the end of this commitment we determine how the coaching process can best fit in your life, whether it be laser coaching sessions or a continued ongoing partnership for an additional 3, 6 or indefinite number of months.

My Pricing Plans

I ask for an intial 3 month committment from any new client and with each coaching package my clients receive:

• Access: Personal access to your life coach by phone and email
• Personal Touch: Your coaching experience will be custom-tailored to meet your complete needs
• Online Access:  You have access to your tools and data through your personal coach portal
• Support:  I will be your advocate and cheerleader in an honest and supportive way

Lite Package - $285/month

Includes 2 forty-five minute coaching sessions by phone or in person, unlimited email contact, and 1 additional 10 minute ad hoc laser coach call

Full Package - $425/month

Includes 3 forty-five minute coaching sessions by phone or in person, unlimited email contact and 2 additional 10 minute ad hoc laser coach calls.

Laser Coach - $155 per session

45 minute one off session for a specific focus

Pro-bono service

As a service to the community I also work with one client that has a strong desire to work in a coaching relationship but circumstances make it difficult to make the financial commitment.

The Fine Print

Payment for coaching session is required prior to the start of any session or monthly package.  Other policies and processes will be reviewed prior to the start of any coaching relationship.
